Payments

Subscription payments are processed through DODO Payments. We do not store your full card or payment details on our servers.

Refund requests

We do not offer automatic refunds. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund (e.g. duplicate charge, service not delivered as described, or a genuine error), please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after the payment date.

Processing

If a refund is approved, we will process it to the same payment method used for the original transaction. Refunds are typically completed within 10–12 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription from your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid.
